  1. The machine adopts an ergonomic design to provide a good user experience, and is easy to install and operate.
  2. The machine can be equipped with a collimated, swing, or galvanometer welding head to suit the workpiece on the rotary stage. These optional welding heads enable the machine to meet welding requirements of different products flexibly.
  3. The vision system of the machine helps to greatly improve the welding accuracy, efficiency, and quality with a high-definition CCD camera and a high-resolution screen.
  4. The machine uses digital control system capacitors and has a touch screen more sensible than traditional screens. The user-friendly interface displays parameters clearly to facilitate operations and supports multiple languages.
  5. The machine has its own cooling system to cool itself down with circulating water and does not need additional supply of cold water. The cooling system supports manual and automatic temperature control, and provides alarms on the water flow rate, temperature, and other parameters.
  6. The machine can work with industrial robots to implement high-precision positioning and automation, thus improving the welding stability and reducing the defect rate.
  7. The laser of the machine has a super long service life of over 100,000 hours. In addition, the laser operates stably and rarely requires maintenance. The power conversion efficiency of the laser is higher than or equal to 35%, which contributes to low power consumption of the machine.

The automatic platform laser welding machine is developed by Super Beyond laser for automatic welding of mobile phones, spectacles, clocks and watches, hardware products, precision machinery, automotive parts, and other industrial products. It can weld metal workpieces along any trajectories, such as points, straight lines, and arcs. Use of this machine can alleviate the work pressure of operators and ensure high welding quality, especially when the workpieces are large in volume or thickness. The screw holes distributed on the welding platform allow users to add rotary stages to weld workpieces in cylindrical or other shapes. This significantly improves the welding accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
