The QCW Laser welding machine adopts QCW fiber laser(Quasi continuous wave fiber laser), a solid-state laser with solid-state fiber resonator, it can operate in both continuous mode and high peak power pulse mode. The peak power generated in pulse mode is tenfold higher than the average power in continuous wave mode, which is a perfect alternative to traditional spot welding, seam welding and the drilling application of YAG lamp-pumped laser.
QCW laser uses continuous fiber with permanent sealed connection to prevent dust and dirt, it does not contain moving parts or free space lenses, and its resonator does not need to be adjusted. No technician is needed for regular adjustment to keep the laser processing system functioning properly. No consumables.
Due to its high average power and pulse repetition frequency, QCW fiber laser increases the processing speed and production efficiency significantly. Its power level can be quickly increased or decreased, and the online switch from pulse mode to continuous operation mode is ok.
The QCW fiber laser is pumped by solid diode, so it can be completely turned off when the laser is not in use, and the correct laser power can be obtained under the condition of no warming-up.

It can be used to weld the metallic materials, like titanium, nickel, zinc, copper, aluminum, chrome, niobium, gold, silver and their alloys. Steel and Kovar alloy are also ok to be welded.
